今日介紹個老少平安俾大家, 大人細路都啱食, 食落口感似蒸蛋, 有益有營養好味唔肥唔貴又易整. 仲可以要求 d 乜 wor?! ;P
材料:
魚漿、豆腐、蔥、鹽少少、胡椒粉少少、生粉兩茶匙
做法:
1. 蔥切粒備用。 豆腐攪爛隔去水份備用。 魚漿用鹽&胡椒粉攪匀醃一陣備用。
2. 將豆腐、魚漿、一半蔥粒混合, 加生粉攪匀放碟內隔水大火蒸大約十分鐘, 再將其餘蔥粒放面加點豉油(個人喜好)搞掂食得。
