雞與雞蛋, 即係媽媽同仔仔, 所以叫做親子飯! 雖然有 d 殘忍, 但 e 個飯有營養, 材料又簡單, 製法又容易. o, 咁又一餐!!~ ^^
材料:
雞脾肉、雞蛋、洋蔥、味醂、豉油、雞湯、水、糖
做法:
1. 雞脾肉切粒, 用少許豉油&糖醃一陣。洋蔥切條, 蛋打散, 備用。
2. 燒熱鑊, 將水、雞湯、豉油、味醂、糖煮滾, 落洋蔥煮五分鐘, 再落雞肉加蓋煮六分鐘左右至雞熟。
3. 加入蛋汁, 輕手兜匀, 大火煮十五秒熄火, 鋪在熱騰騰白飯上灑少許紫菜碎&芝麻搞掂食得。
