阿爸話燒排骨, 用黎送啤酒一流喎!
材料:
腩排兩大塊、BBQ sauce、叉燒醬、海鮮醬、茄汁少少、生抽少少
做法:
1. 腩排用 BBQ sauce、叉燒醬、海鮮醬、茄汁&生抽醃過夜備用。
2. 放在已鋪鍚紙焗盤上入預熱 400˚F 焗爐焗 50 分鐘即成。
備註:
- 中途用掃再掃上醃料兩次, 會更多汁更入味!~
