我用嘅雪菜係喺超市買一盒盒已處理好可即食嗰 d, 用黎撈麵撈米啱晒!~
材料:
絞豬肉、雪菜、米粉、蠔油、豉油、水、少少鹽、少少糖
做法:
1. 絞豬肉用豉油、鹽&糖醃一陣備用。
2. 米粉用滾水煮熟, 過冷河瀝乾水備用。
3. 熱鑊落油, 將絞豬肉炒至八成熟, 加蠔油&水, 加雪菜兜匀, 加蓋煮兩分鐘, 埋生粉芡, 鋪在米粉上, 食時撈匀搞掂。
