材料:
雞翼、豉油、紹酒、糖、鹽、蜜糖、薑粉、麻油
做法:
1. 雞翼洗淨抹乾, 放密實袋用豉油、糖、鹽、紹酒、薑粉&少許麻油醃過夜備用。
2. 焗盤放鍚紙, 將雞翼放入已預熱 400˚F 焗爐焗十五分鐘, 轉 350˚F 焗多十分鐘, 最後掃上加了兩湯匙蜜糖的醬汁(醃料), broil 五分鐘, 搞掂食得。
