個雪櫃有蟹柳又有蟹籽, 一於買塊靚魚生動手整.
塊魚生我喺日本超市買都唔平呀!! 要成 USD$25 一磅~
材料:
三文魚 sashimi、蟹籽、蟹柳、沙律醬
做法:
1. 蟹柳切細細粒, 撈沙律醬備用。
2. 三文魚切長形薄片, 圍成一個圈, 外面再圍多一、兩塊做個造型。
3. 中間放蟹柳沙律, 上面再放蟹籽搞掂食得。
Born and raised in the "Food Paradise" - Hong Kong. Bonnie, not only finds herself enjoy eating but also cooking.
