瑤柱咸瘦肉粥 Porridge with Pork and Dried Scallops

感冒連帶發燒喉嚨痛咳嗽頭痛鼻水齊晒.. 頂唔順請咗日假休息, 係咁 zzz 同埋勁飲水, 希望快 d 好番啦 !

煲左個瑤柱咸瘦肉粥仔食吓..

材料:
瘦肉一舊、瑤柱兩粒、腐竹一塊、薑兩片、米、油、鹽、水

做法:
1. 瘦肉洗淨切件飛水,滴乾水用鹽醃一小時備用。
2. 米洗淨,把水倒去,加少許油和鹽浸一小時備用。
3. 瑤柱用清水浸軟,撕開一絲絲備用。
4. 用 1:10 份量的 米:水,即一份米對十份水.水煲滾,放瘦肉、瑤柱和薑煮十五分鐘。
5. 加入米和腐竹,再放一隻小匙羹,中火煲一小時(要一路微滾),搞掂食得。

韓國粉絲 Korean Glass Noodles with Pork and Vegetables (Chap Chae 잡 채)


Ingredients:
glass noodles
onions
carrots
spinach
pork
green onions
garlic
sesame oil
soy sauce
brown sugar
cider vinegar
white sugar
salt

Directions:
* Cut pork into pieces. Marinade with soy sauce, white sugar and salt for 20 minutes.
* Cook glass noodles in boiling water for about 7 minutes; refresh in cold water; drain well.
* Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and cider vinegar in a bowl, set aside.
* Slice onions, shred carrots and green onions; minced garlic. Rinse and remove roots of spinach; drain, and set aside.
* Heat oil in skillet, stir-fry pork till medium well. Remove from pan.
* Heat oil in a deep skillet over high heat, stir-fry onions, carrots and garlic for about 3 minutes; add spinach and half green onions, stir-fry for another minute. Add pork, glass noodles and soy sauce mixture. Simmer, stirring occasionally till most liquid is absorbed. Remove from skillet, garnish with green onions on top and ready to serve.

蠔油豆腐雞球配生菜 Tofu and Chicken Over Lettuce with Oyster Sauce


材料:
豆腐、雞肉、生菜、蠔油、生抽、老抽、糖、鹽、蔥

做法:
1. 雞肉用蠔油、生抽、糖、鹽醃半小時; 豆腐切粒備用。
2. 生菜放滾水煮三分鐘兜起放碟上備用。
3. 熱鑊落油, 放雞肉, 半煎半炒至七成熟, 加豆腐、老抽&水, 加蓋煮四分鐘搞掂, 兜起放生菜上加蔥花食得。

雙丸芋絲配波菜 Fish and Squid Ball with Shirataki Noodles and Spinach


肥肥瘦瘦肥肥瘦!
自從再次屈親腳, 成個月行唔到之後, 都無點樣做劇烈運動了.
再加上拍拖出街食食食, 一年過去, 就係咁肥肥肥落去了.
從今天起, 要從長計議先得!~

自我檢討, 之前減過咁多次肥, 都係好極端地減, 一個星期做最少五日 gym, 仲會一日兩次, lunch time 去, 放左工又去. 超癲! 仲要戒埋澱粉質, 個人成日都好"支力" 呀!
今次立志, 要健康&平衡地減. 可能煮嘅野食會無咁香濃肥味, 希望睇開我 blog 嘅網友唔會咁樣走左去啦!!~

不過, 我諗好多人都係 keep fit 派~
一起食得健康點吧!!~ ^^

今次煮左個雙丸芋絲波菜. 有墨魚丸& 好得意嘅魚包蛋. 魚包蛋係台灣出品~ 魚蛋入面有魚籽 (fish ball with roe), 幾好食架! 加埋芋絲&波菜, 好有包肚感. 減肥食芋絲就最啱, 芋絲卡路里好低, 我地一般人所需要用嘅 energy 去消化芋絲係多過芋絲本身嘅卡路里, 所以芋絲係減肥勝品, 食多幾舊都唔怕.

芋絲同芋頭係無任何關係的. 芋絲 e 種低卡低 carbs 食物, 叫做 Shirataki. 主要成份係蒟蒻, konjac~ 所以話食得清 d 都可以好味架!~ ^^

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie 朱古力香蕉忌廉派


Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup whipping cream
3 egg yolks (lightly beaten)
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup Ghirardelli semisweet chocolate morsels
2 bananas (sliced)
1 Ready Crust graham pie crust

Directions:
*In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add milk and cream until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool for about 10 minutes.

*Add a small amount to egg yolks; mix well. Return all to the pan. Bring to a gentle boil; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla.

*Pour half into the pastry shell; cover and refrigerate. Add chocolate to remaining custard; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Do no stir.

*Arrange bananas over filling. Carefully spoon chocolate custard over all. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and ready to serve.


Semi-homemade. 無時間整餅底, 可以買現成的啦!

Keebler 隻 pie crust 都幾好用. 除左 graham crust 之外, 佢仲有其他餅底.
例如 chocolate crust, oreo crust, shortbread 等等. 適隨尊便~ 非常方便!

唔講可能你唔知, Calpico "可爾必思" 依隻嚟自日本嘅乳酸菌飲料原本個名係叫做 Calpis. 不過因為讀音太似 "cow-piss", 生產商唔想顧客見到 Calpis 就諗歪一邊, 所以決定將個名改做 Calpico 去打英語國家嘅市場呢~

Calpico 有好多隻味架, original 啦, strawberry啦, lychee 啦, mango啦, white peach 啦, 仲有 aloe 添呀!~

Lychee 味我再自己加幾粒荔枝肉, 混埋清酒一齊飲, 超好味!!~ ;D

蒜蓉磨菇雞球 Chicken with Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce


Ingredients:
2 pieces chicken
1 pack mushrooms
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons corn starch (mixed with water)

Directions:
* Clean mushrooms and removed stems. Slice into pieces; set aside.
* Cut chicken into pieces, marinated with soy sauce, white sugar, and salt for about an hour. Coated chicken with sesame oil right before cooking.
* Put oil in heated skillet, stir-fry garlic till light brown. Add chicken, stir-fry for about 3 minutes till medium well. Remove from skillet and set aside.
* Put mushrooms into skillet, fry for a minute, sprinkle with shaoxing wine. Add some chicken broth and pepper. Let cook for about a minute with lid on. Then put chicken back to skillet, cook for another 2 minutes till chicken is done. Add corn starch water for sauce thickening. Remove from pan; garnish with green onions and ready to serve.

抹茶拿鐵 Japanese Matcha Green Tea Latte


流連咖啡店, 是我其中一個喜好. 記得以前, 都會一個人嘆咖啡, 享受一個人的寧靜, 最喜歡有落地大玻璃的咖啡店, 坐著細心觀看途人來來往往. 偷得浮生半日閒. 寫寫作作點點滴滴. 現在都沒有了這種逸緻. 改為拍拖節目之一. 可喜的是男朋友仔也喜歡喝咖啡. 日式 Matcha Latte 成份沒有咖啡, 只是有綠茶和牛奶. 還有試過紅豆 Latte, 都不錯的. 即是紅豆加牛奶啦. 如果你有機會到意大利跑一趟, 到那裡的咖啡店點一杯 Latte, 送上來的就會是一杯熱牛奶. 不要誤會喔! 因為意大利文 Latte 的意思是指牛奶罷了! 在家也可以試著做這個 Matcha Green Tea Latte. 找個下午嘆嘆吧!~ ^^

迷你一口芝士蛋糕 Mini Bite Size Cheesecakes


朋友新居入伙, housewarming party, 當然要賀一賀佢啦!!~

我地喺 back yard 美式 BBQ.. 諗吓整乜甜品好先... 記得主人家鐘意 cheesecake, 咁就一於整 mini cheesecake 啦!~ 一啖一個,方便唔洗切,又唔怕太飽食唔落嘛~ 仲加左 d 檸檬汁吊味無咁漏 tim~ yummy! ;D

黑椒牛柳絲炒烏冬 Stir-fried Black Pepper Beef Udon with Onions and Bell Pepper


去 Ralphs 買 milk, 又俾我見到好靚嘅牛柳條做特價, 唔抵得要買番包.
諗吓點煮好先... hmm... 雪櫃有個青椒同洋蔥, 仲有包上次打邊爐食剩嘅烏冬!
哈哈, 一於黎個黑椒牛柳絲炒烏冬啦! 有 d 港西(港式西餐)風味~

材料:
牛柳、烏冬、洋蔥、青椒、黑胡椒、鹽、糖、芫茜蒜粉、生粉、雞湯、蒜片

做法:
1. 牛柳用鹽、黑胡椒、糖、芫茜蒜粉撈匀加點油備用。
2. 洋蔥、青椒切細。 烏冬用清水沖一沖備用。
3. 臨落鑊前用生粉將牛柳快手撈匀, 熱鑊落油, 爆牛柳, 加一半蒜片繼續爆至牛柳七成熟兜起。
4. 同一個鑊, 加點油, 爆香蒜片, 加洋蔥&青椒, 爆一分鐘, 加雞湯&半杯水, 加蓋煮一兩分鐘, 注意水位。
5. 襯未乾水, 加烏冬, 煮至差不多水乾, 把牛柳回鑊再加點黑胡椒粉輕輕兜匀搞掂上碟。
