Lava Cake Chocolate Ice Cream Heaven 朱古力心太軟
lava cake + 古古力雪糕 + whipping cream + 銀色 sprinkles
浮吓浮吓咁, 有 d 坐在雲上喺天空度飄飄吓嘅感覺!~
(俾 d 想像力吖唔該!!~ ;P)
lava cake 又叫做 molten chocolate cake~
喺 trader joe's 都有得賣, 係 frozen 嘅~ 叮熱舊 cake, 自己加舊雪糕 and cream 做 plating, vio-la~ 係咪好似出街食咁靚呢?
有時間可以自己焗埋個 lava cake, 都唔係話好難, 不過要時間!!!

冬菇蝦米臘腸電飯煲有味飯 Rice with Preserved Sausages, Shitake and Dried Shrimps
超簡單美味電飯煲飯, 唔再係白飯咁簡單~
材料:
冬菇、蝦米、臘腸兩條、油菜莖
蝦米浸軟; 冬菇浸軟, 去艼, 切幼粒, 用豉油糖醃一陣; 臘腸用熱水洗一洗, 切薄片; 油菜莖切粒
米洗好, 放電飯煲(比平時用少小小水, 因為冬菇有水份) 我用咗半杯 brown rice, 兩杯 white rice (brown rice 要先煮五分鐘 or 用滾水焗十五分鐘至軟身)
電飯煲按製煮五至十分鐘至滾, 放其他材料煮至跳製焗五分鐘食得!

牛扒用鹽 & 黑胡椒粉醃一醃就可以攞去煎
我用咗 half 牛油 & half olive oil, 先用大火再轉中火最後加一加蓋煎至 medium - a little to the well side!

粟米辣肉腸配貝殼粉 Hot Links with Corns over Shell Pasta
材料:
辣肉腸幾條、粟米一罐、貝殼粉、蕃茄醬一罐、茄汁、醬油、砂糖
先煮貝殼粉十分鐘左右, 瀝乾水; 煎香辣肉腸
另外一個煲煮熱蕃茄醬, 加少少茄汁、醬油 & 糖撈匀, 加粟米煮滾
貝殼粉回煲撈匀醬汁 heat 番就搞掂啦, 上面擺番條腸, 得咗 ! ! ^^

煎鱈魚配半紅白梅菜瘦肉飯
雪魚洗乾淨, 抹乾晒; 用鹽 & 胡椒粉醃一醃然後攞去煎
煎完一面煎第二面, 唔好反黎反去反到散晒喔
個梅菜瘦肉飯好易整架咋, 電飯煲有味飯, 食完洗野都洗少 d
梅菜用清水浸半個鐘, 中途換兩次水, 然後揸乾水切細粒, 用兩湯匙砂糖醃十分鐘
瘦肉切絲用豉油糖麻油醃十分鐘
米洗好, 我用一嘜半白米加1/2 嘜 brown rice. brown rice 先用清水喺爐度煮十分鐘, 再焗十五分鐘(然後倒去水)
白米同放電飯煲煮至水滾大約五分鐘(用平時份量嘅水減少少), 放梅菜 & 肉絲繼續煮到跳掣焗多十分鐘搞掂食得!

用咗錐形杯裝 black sesame mousse 然後脫模, 再加舊雪糕, whipping cream 同埋古古力漿搞掂!

咸魚雞粒炒飯配生菜 Fried Rice with Chicken, Lettuce, and Salted Fish
忙緊忙緊, please bear with me my friends ! !
點樣喺忙裡偷閒減減壓, 生活得 balance 又可以煮餐飯仔, 真係要時間調節 & adjust 架!~
講真 e 度個個都忙, 好多人都會話邊有時間煮, 尢其要返工啦~ 不過我就覺得可以食得健康 d 都係值得嘅!~
材料:
雞肉、咸魚、生菜、雞蛋、洋蔥、飯、鹽、豉油、糖、紹酒
食剩咗嘅飯, 最好就用黎炒嘞!
雞肉切粒用豉油糖醃一陣, 咸魚去骨起肉切微粒, 生菜洗淨切絲, 洋蔥切粒, 雞蛋加少少鹽拂匀
先爆洋蔥至變色 & 發出香味兜起, 煎雞粒至九成熟灒灒酒兜起, 咸魚炒香兜起
起鑊炒冷飯, 兜匀兜散加咸魚雞粒洋蔥回鑊, 炒炒炒, 炒到咁上吓加雞蛋兜匀, 再加一半生菜兜兩兜搞掂, 再放剩餘生菜係面食嗰時先撈匀咁賣相係咪靚呀~ ;P

黑芝麻奶凍 Black Sesame Mousse

仲可以令頭髮更加烏黑亮麗有光澤 tim!~
Ingredients:
75g sesame powder
200g non fat milk
110g sugar
2 eggs
130g evaporated milk
330g heavy whipping cream
5g gelatin powder + 50g water

冬菇腐竹腸炆雞 Shitake Mushrooms and Beancurd Rolls with Chicken
嗰日行 chinese 超市, 又俾我發現咗新野
就係 e 個腐竹腸嘞
佢貌似腸粉咁一 look look
食落口感似麵筋嘅物體
其實係腐竹黎嘅!
腐竹, 我至愛呢~
炆個冬菇 & 雞 with oyster sauce, yummy oh!!~
材料:
雞肉、冬菇、腐竹腸、蠔油、豉油、糖
先將冬菇浸軟, 去艼, 一開四
腐竹腸解凍切段
雞肉用豉油 & 糖醃三十分鐘
白鑊煎腐竹腸至兩面金黃兜起
熱鑊落油, 大火將雞粒煎至兩面金黃兜起
冬菇用浸冬菇嘅水加點蠔油、 豉油 & 糖煮十分鐘, 加腐竹腸 & 雞粒, 加蓋用中火炆多十分鐘搞掂食得

北菇滑雞臘腸煲仔飯 Claypot Rice with Chicken, Shitake Mushrooms and Preserved Sausages
開年啦喂!!~
天寒地凍, 最好就黎個暖笠笠煲仔飯做 lunch!
米用 250克, 水就用 320克
先浸軟冬菇, 剪去艼 & 一開四
再醃雞粒: 用豉油、糖、紹酒、粟粉、麻油
臘腸用滾水沖一沖, 切薄片
再切兩片薑
先放米 & 水於瓦煲內, 用大火煮至滾
放雞粒、冬菇、臘腸、薑片係米面, 加蓋用中火煮大約十分鐘 (唔好中途開蓋)
聽到滋滋聲就轉細火繼續煮
一聞到少少燶味就熄火, 焗佢十五分鐘, 千祈唔好八八掛掛開蓋睇佢喎 --> 最難係 e 點 haha
煮個甜豉油: 用生抽老抽糖加三分一杯水煮滾搞掂, 美味煲仔飯食得! (鍾意咪烚多兩條菜囉)~ ^^

e 個 蛋糕係我之前上 cake decorating class 時學整架.
個蛋糕造型我非常鍾意!!~ 用 fondant 做面靚就係靚, 不過講真就真係好睇唔好食呢, 甜甜地膠膠地. 我有時都會猶豫整唔整 fondant cake 俾朋友仔好 haha ;P
