本來又想整沙律醬蟹籽焗青口, 不過諗諗吓都係炒個洋蔥豆豉清清地好~ heehee
材料:
青口、洋蔥、蒜、豆豉、蔥、雞湯、鹽、糖、紹酒
做法:
1. 洋蔥切細、蒜切片、豆豉切細、蔥切粒備用。
2. 熱鑊落油 , 爆香蒜片&洋蔥, 兜起備用。
3. 同一個鑊, 加點油, 爆香豆豉, 落青口, 兜匀煮兩分鐘, 兜匀灒酒, 蒜片洋蔥回鑊, 加雞湯、鹽、糖、一半蔥粒, 加蓋煮三分鐘搞掂加餘下蔥粒, 拌匀食得。
