蒜蓉帶子伴西蘭花 Garlic Bay Scallops with Broccoli


減肥勝品 - 西蘭花.

西蘭花有飽肚感嘛!

不過如果脾胃唔好呢, 唔好食太多西蘭花, 因為西蘭花好多氣架, 搞到成肚氣就唔好啦!!~

材料:
5 cloves garlic
1 pack bay scallops
2 crowns broccoli
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon shaoxing wine

做法:
* Wash and cut stems off broccoli. Put into salted boiling water, boil for a few minutes. Drain well, put onto serving plate.
* Mince five cloves of garlic, set aside. Rinse scallops; pat dry with paper towel. Put oil in heated skillet, add garlic, cook over medium heat till garlic turns light brown. Stir-fry bay scallops, add salt, sugar, and pepper over high heat; stir well together. Add shaoxing wine, stir-fry for another minute. Add lemon juice right before turn off heat. Ready to serve with broccoli.
