材料:
帶子、粉絲、蒜、豆豉、辣椒、蔥、鹽、糖、水、油
做法:
1. 蔥&蒜切粒, 豆豉&辣椒切細備用。
2. 粉絲用清水浸十五分鐘瀝乾水放碟中備用。
3. 帶子洗淨加少少鹽&糖, 再加蒜蓉豆豉撈匀放粉絲上, 加三湯匙水&少少油大火蒸十分鐘, 加點甜豉油(個人喜好)加點蔥粒搞掂食得。
