龍脷柳、豆豉、糖、鹽、雞湯、紹酒
做法:
1. 豆豉切碎龍脷柳切件備用。
2. 熱鑊落油, 爆香豆豉, 放龍脷柳每面煮兩分鐘, 灒酒, 落少許鹽、糖&雞湯加蓋煮一陣即成。
