豬肉鬆、絞豬肉、冬菇、豉油、糖、水
想 d 豬肉唔好咁韌, 除咗 d 豬肉唔可以太瘦之外, 仲要加 d d 清水去搞搞搞, 咁蒸出嚟嘅肉餅就唔會韌嘞!
不過加咗肉鬆, 都會有 d 口感~
