臘腸炒荷蘭豆 Stir-Fried Snow Pea with Pork Sausage



Chinese 臘腸好味 but 好肥, 真係對佢又愛又恨! 今期好開心, 俾我發現到 e 款美國製造的臘腸, 無咁肥膩, 仲有辣有唔辣tim, very good! 我用左辣黎炒荷蘭豆, 都唔洗用其他調味料了, 已經夠 yummy!~

材料:
荷蘭豆、辣玫瑰香腸(美國臘腸)、紅蘿白、鹽

做法:
1. 荷蘭豆切去頭尾, 去絲, 加鹽飛水2分鐘, 兜起備用。
2. 紅蘿白刨去皮, 切片, 臘腸切片。
3. 臘腸烚熟, 兜起備用。
4. 起鑊落少少油, 爆一爆紅蘿白。
5. 荷蘭豆、臘腸回鑊, 兜勻炒至乾身, 搞掂上碟。

Ingredients:
Snow Pea
Khuus Spicy Pork Sausage
Carrot
Salt

Directions:
* Cut both ends of snow pea out, remove stems, parboil for 2 minutes with salt, drain and put aside.
* Peel carrots and cut into thin pieces. Cut pork sausage into thin pieces as well.
* Boil sausage till well done, drain and set aside.
* Put a little bit oil in heated pan, quickly stir fry carrots.
* Put snow pea and sausage back into the pan, stir fry till water is gone, then serve on plate.
