椰子波波 Coconut Macaroons

Coconut Macaroons 中文又叫椰堆~ 係椰撻嘅朋友. 如果你鍾意食椰撻, 應該都會鐘意食佢. 佢同 French Macaroons 好唔同. 雖然大家都係叫 Macaroons. French Macaroons 係由 meringue 做成 and fill with buttercream like a sandwich cookie, 而傳統 Coconut Macaroons 係無用 whipped 蛋白同埋無 cream filling 的. e 個 Coconut Macaroons 好易整架 ja. 攪攪攪埋晒 d 材料, 放入焗爐, 搞掂! 你都試下啦!~

無糖椰子絲 2 杯、煉奶半罐、蛋白 1 隻、溫尼拿香油 2 茶匙、鹽 1/4 茶匙、麵粉 1/3 杯

1. 鹽、麵粉放中碗內先混合。
2. 椰子絲放大碗內, 加煉奶、蛋白、溫尼拿香油, 攪匀。
3. 把鹽、麵粉拌入椰蓉內, 攪匀。
4. 牛油紙放焗盤上, 用細雪糕畢畢把椰子絲做成球狀放焗盤上(如果無細雪糕畢畢, 用匙羹畢也可以)。
5. 入預熱了 360˚F 的焗爐焗 16 至 20 分鐘. 出爐放涼即成。

2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 can condensed milk
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup all-purpose flour


* Combine salt and flour in a medium bowl.
* Put coconut flakes into a large bowl, stir in condensed milk, egg white, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
* Add salt and flour into coconut flakes. Mix well.
* Place parchment paper onto baking pan. Scoop round coconut flakes onto the pan with a small ice cream scooper (If you don't have a small ice cream scooper, a spoon will work too).
* Put into 360˚F preheated oven for 16 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and ready to serve.
