粟米粒焗薯伴 T-骨扒


牛扒用鹽 & 黑胡椒粉醃一醃就可以攞去煎

我用咗 half 牛油 & half olive oil, 先用大火再轉中火最後加一加蓋煎至 medium - a little to the well side!
