Peppermint Candy Chocolate Brownie


Frosting:
cream cheese
powdered sugar
peppermint candy
milk
eggs
semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels

我用咗 e 隻 peppermint candy 嚟整架, 好香薄荷味!
將 d 糖 ground 碎晒佢, 然後 mix 落個 cream cheese frosting 度, 焗出嚟有 d pink, 都幾靚架~ ^^

肉鬆冬菇蒸肉餅 Steamed Ground Pork with Shitake Mushrooms and Pork Sung


材料:
豬肉鬆、絞豬肉、冬菇、豉油、糖、水

想 d 豬肉唔好咁韌, 除咗 d 豬肉唔可以太瘦之外, 仲要加 d d 清水去搞搞搞, 咁蒸出嚟嘅肉餅就唔會韌嘞!

不過加咗肉鬆, 都會有 d 口感~

Streusel Topped Banana Coffee Cake with Chocolate Chips



傳統 "Coffee Cake" 係無 coffee 嘅 ingredients 架~

叫佢地做 coffee cake, 係因為件 cake 係用黎送咖啡嗰陣時食嘅, 係咪好得意呢!~

個面我加咗個脆脆面, 類似波籮包個面咁, 不過係再脆 d, and 散 d~ 叫做 Streusel, a crumbly topping.

Ingredients:
bananas
eggs
butter
vanilla extract
flour
sugar
baking powder
salt
chocolate chips

蘿白糕 Turnip Cake


新年快樂! 步步糕升~ ^^

材料:
白蘿白 1.5kg
粘米粉 300g
澄麵 20g
蝦米
冬菇
臘腸兩條
臘肉 1/3 條
蝦米水一杯
冬菇水一杯
雞湯半杯
白胡椒粉半茶匙

做法:
冬菇浸軟切細粒, 蝦米浸軟切粒, 臘腸 & 臘肉切粒
混合蝦米水冬菇水 & 雞湯
蘿蔔刨絲 ; 熱鑊落油, 爆香冬菇蝦米臘腸粒
加入蘿蔔絲, 加入一杯蝦米冬菇水拌勻, 加白胡椒粉, 煮二十分鐘左右至蘿白軟身
用餘下一杯半水開粉漿加入, 煮大約五分鐘, 不停攪拌
倒入糕盤中, 大火蒸 45分鐘至一小時搞掂即成
